How do I become an IASSIDD member?

If you are interested in IASSIDD membership, please visit the main IASSIDD website www.iassidd.org and select the ‘Membership’ tab.

I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to 5 days for the Conference Secretariat to process your registration and email you your confirmation and invoice.

When will I be able to submit an abstract for the conference?
Abstract submission will open on Friday, 28 September 2018 . Once open delegates will be able to register through the abstract page.

How do I view the programme online?
The programme will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates please see the programme page.

How do I get to the conference?
Details on how to travel to the conference are available on the travel page of this website.

Do you have breastfeeding facilities?
We welcome breastfeeding anywhere at the SEC. In addition, there is a dedicated breastfeeding room at the Concourse.

When is the early registration deadline?
The Early-bird registration deadline is Monday, 10 June 2019, midnight GMT

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
All registrations are paid for online by credit card. If this is not possible please
email iassidd2019@in-conference.org.uk

Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in UK Pounds (£) to ensure that the full amount is received.

Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer, you must cover all bank charges. Alternatively, payment is accepted by credit card where there is no additional fees for delegates.

Can I pay by American Express?
Unfortunately not.  Payments are only accepted from VISA, VISA Debit, Delta and MasterCard.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.

How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
An invitation letter will be issued after you have registered and payment has been received. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process or email iassidd2019@in-conference.org.uk

I received the following error message when trying to complete the payment on the registration site:
Card type not selected:
Please check that you have ticked the card payment button positioned to the left of the card details section. Please note that in this instance your registration has not been received.
Declined:
Unfortunately, this message suggests that your credit card provider is blocking payment. Please contact your bank directly to resolve this issue. Please note that in this instance your registration has not been received.
