Oral Presentations – Overview
The optimal format for oral presentations in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen). Oral presenters must check in presentations with the Speaker Preview Room 2-4 hours prior to their session start time, preferably during a refreshment break. The majority of oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length.

Poster Presentations – Overview
Poster boards are 2m high x 1m wide.  Posters therefore must be printed A0 in size. A0 has the dimensions Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm. Click here for further dimension help.

A0 posters MUST be produced in portrait style. Velcro will be provided at each board to hang your posters.

We recommend printing your poster on paper and not on fabric as these do not attach well to the fabric and can fall down easily.
